Phil Winterbottom is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Data Center Networking Business Group at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. In this role, he provides architectural and technical leadership across the organization, ensuring platform strategies, product roadmaps, and system-level designs remain aligned as ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ delivers increasingly integrated solutions for customers.

Phil joined ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ through the acquisition of Celestial AI, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. At Celestial AI, he played a pivotal role in defining the Photonic Fabric^? architecture and roadmap. He is widely regarded as a technology visionary, with deep system-level expertise spanning hardware, software, and photonics.

Earlier in his career, Phil founded multiple technology startups, leading them from initial concept through revenue and early scale.

Phil holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from King¡¯s College and was a Lloyd¡¯s of London Research Fellow at City University before moving to the United States.
