The ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ? 88SS1098 and 88SS1088 are PCIe Gen3x4 SSD controllers supporting single and dual port functionality, the NVMe 1.3 standard and emerging open channel architectures. ?Both controllers are powered by ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Gen4 NANDEdge? LDPC error correction technology, providing support for 3D NAND TLC and QLC technologies, extending SSD lifetime while maintaining best-in-class latency and performance consistency. Both controllers have an innovative processor architecture to enable up to 3.6GB/s of throughput, up to 700k of random IOPS, up to 16 NAND channels and up to 16GB DRAM supported. ?Both can support industry-leading TB capacities (16TB for 88SS1088 and 8TB for 88SS1098) and are optimized for power, performance and cost enabling a range of SSD solutions including: M.2, NGSFF, U.2, PCIe add-in-cards, EDSFF and custom.
